If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. All terms and conditions listed herein are subject to change without notice.

PLR eBook Supplier makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, PLR eBook Supplier does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
     

  2. PLR eBook Supplier - provides you with a collection of ebooks you can download for free. The eBooks are submitted by us and members of our site. Most eBooks are hosted on our server, while others will be links to other sites. We don't write the eBooks and are not responsible for its content. We merely collect eBooks that are written by others and that can be resold or given away. We are not responsible for any content on other sites we link to.
     

  3. We are neither affiliated with authors and brands nor responsible for its content and change of content.
     

  4. Please note, no refunds are offered on digital downloads. Once you have purchased an item, it cannot be refunded due to the nature of digital downloads. If we deem fit, we may offer you a discount coupon to purchase a similar item.
     

  5. Information contained herein is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ANYONE be held liable for any loss of profit, special, incidental, consequential, or other similar claims.
     

3. Limitations

In no event shall PLR eBook Supplier or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PLR eBook Supplier's Internet site, even if a PLR eBook Supplier authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

PLR eBook Supplier may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
 

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to PLR eBook Supplier's web site shall be governed by the laws of Canada, Toronto without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

 

8. Shipping Policy 

Since there is no shipping involved, shipping rules do not apply. However, be informed that once you purchase a digital download, the link is automatically sent to you in the page that follows the purchase. Click the download icon, and save to your computer drive.

9. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. There are no refunds on all digital downloads, due to the nature of purchasing items that are downloaded. This includes other services, such as PLR Franchise Website / PLR Super Franchise, Premium Membership, and any other service offered by our team. Once the order has been placed, all sales are final, due to the nature of work that is involved.

10. Premium Membership (Discontinued)

All premium membership purchases are final and non-refundable. For these recurring plans, you are charged on a month-by-month basis, for the month in advance, and you may cancel your subscription at any time. Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will not be billed for the following month. If there is a problem processing payment for your plan in the following month(s), you will be given a grace period of 7 days to make payment for your membership to remain valid. Once payment has been received, you will be able to resume your free downloads. Free downloads are for eBooks only, and does not apply to bundles, franchise, or other products. Membership policies are subject to change with 14 days notice.

Once you have purchased premium membership, you are responsible for guarding your membership code and under all circumstances, it is a breach of our membership policy to give out this membership code. You can only make purchases with your membership code from the same account wherein you purchased the premium membership. If you are found breaching this policy, or if we suspect you violating our terms with reasonable doubt, which includes but is not only limited to: giving out your membership code to others and making purchases using your membership code from other email accounts, we will permanently ban you from our premium membership program. This means that you will not be able to download our digital products, and your membership code will become invalid.

11. Franchise Website Policy (Monthly Subscription)
Monthly subscriptions to the Franchise Website can be cancelled at any time by the customer. There are no refunds for any setup fees and no refunds for the months that have already been paid for. Upon joining our monthly Franchise Plan, you will need to accept the invite from Wix to join, which may involve creating a Wix account. You will either be paid out on a monthly or biweekly basis, or you will be asked to connect your payment method, where you agree to use Stripe and/or PayPal. For the Platinum Franchise Membership, we will choose the domain name and website name, as well as website customization that we deem fit in order to maximize website conversions. For the Silver or Gold Franchise Membership, you will be responsible for paying your domain, Wix hosting fees, and providing a logo if desired. You are responsible for marketing the website, which may include Google Ads, email marketing, blogging, or other methods that bring traffic. We will support your marketing strategies at our own discretion, such as helping you with Google Ad keywords or other aspects. You may be responsible for any other website duties that are deemed essential, such as answering customer emails. As per this agreement, you shall agree to share a percentage of the profits for all digital products with PLR Ebook Supplier. This may involve us sending you PayPal payments to share with you what is owed to you. Any money owing on your end would result in you sending PayPal payments to plrebooksupplier@gmail.com. Payments will be sent after $100 has accumulated in sales, unless discussesd otherweise. For Silver Plan, you earn a profit share of 30%, for Gold Plan 50%, and for Platinum Plan 70%. Franchise Purchases: You will also gain 20% commission for all Franchise Sales and Franchise Memberships. Prices of the Franchise Service and products cannot be changed, without consent of PLR Ebook Supplier. If you are on a Membership plan that involves you making your monthly Wix Hosting payments, and you cease to make those payments, your Franchise Membership will be cancelled. You will be sent a reminder to pay your Wix hosting fee, and then be given 7 days to make payment. If you fail to make payment, your Membership will be void afterwards. The same applies to not paying your Monthly Franchise Membership fees. Any breach to this agreement will have your PLR Monthly Franchise Membership suspended. At any time, you may upgrade your PLR Membership.
 

12. Franchise Website Policy (One Time Payment)
Upon purchase, you grant us permission to be able to send you tutorials, tips, and relevant offers related to your franchise website (unless opted out). You will also be sent an invite from Wix, in which you will need to accept to become a co-owner of the website franchise. When you become a Franchise Member, we effectively manage your Wix plan that you choose to use for your website, including the management of purchasing your business email, or connecting another domain to the website, and assigning / reassigning premium plans. PLR eBook Supplier, being the principal owner of the Franchise Website, it's design, products, template and so-forth, at our own discretion, may offer you free services, customization, web design, or additional help for your franchise website, only with your consent, and in agreeance with our terms. This is at our own discretion, including answering customer inquiries to your website during your first 6 months, unless you decide to opt out.

You are responsible for choosing your own domain name, as well as paying for the domain and Wix hosting of your website. You are in charge of marketing and promoting your website. For payment, you agree to use Stripe and PayPal as your payment provider (this is necessary), and you will be in charge of registering an account with them and connecting your bank account to receive direct payments. If Stripe is not offered in your country, you will be suggested an alternative payment method to use. If you decide to use a business email, we will only bill you the actual cost rendered via Wix for a yearly subscription and have your account details sent to you. Likewise, you can also register your business email via Google Workspace.

Commissions: All franchisees are eligible to receive commission for Franchise Website sales that are made on their website. The commission amount is 20% for Standard Franchise members and 40% for Super Franchise members, unless otherwise agreed upon. Upon purchase, you agree to pass PLR eBook Supplier the name and contact details of the customer who made the purchase, so that we can complete the website creation service and training tutorials. Upon doing so, you will also send us the remainder of the amount owing to us via PayPal or another payment option that is available for us. Failure to comply would result in the customer being able to file for a full refund, and you would lose the sale. For PLR Membership, if you offer additional services, you will have the option of outsourcing certain work to us, such as live training, meetings, tutorials, ad services, content marketing services, etc. at a price that is discussed and agreed upon with PLR eBook Supplier. 

 

Franchise Rules: In no way can a franchisee pose to be PLR eBook Supplier. Your website is branded with your own logo and name, and you are not permitted to use our logo and branding. All customer requests must be handled diligently and professionally. Refunds will be at your own discretion. The price of the Franchise Website services on your website should not be changed unless otherwise specified by PLR eBook Supplier. It is not permissible to sell PLR Products on other platforms outside of the PLR Franchise, including Etsy, Amazon, or other online platforms. Within reason and for severe instances of incompliance, any breach of our Franchise Rules will result in temporary or permanent suspension of your Franchise Website. At our discretion, we may request you to take the website down. Failure to make payments to your Wix hosting plan or your Franchise Monthly Plan (if you are registered to one), will result in you not being able to use the PLR website, and cease being a franchisee member. 

13. Franchise Website Inactivity (Reinstatement Policy)
If you have failed to renew your Wix Hosting Plan and/or domain, your website will go into a period of "inactivity". During this time, the website will go inactive, due to outstanding payment. After 14 days, your Franchise Membership becomes inactive. If you decide to be reinstated as a Franchisee, you will need to pay the reinstatement fee of $150. This allows our Web Developer to reactivate your website from the server and resolve any underlying issues. During this time, you may be required to purchase a new domain name if your old one is no longer available. If more than 182 days have elapsed with your period of inactivity, your Franchise Website is automatically deleted from the server. This means that if you wish to have a Franchise Website, you will need to repurchase the Franchise Website from PLR Ebook Supplier in order for us to recreate the website. Every Franchisee Member is held responsible for keeping up with their Franchise Website activity, which means paying their hosting fees and domain renewal.

14. Other Wix Tools

You may use other marketing tools offered by Wix, such as Google Ads and/or Instagram/Facebook Marketing at your own discretion, knowing that you will not have full control over your ad spend and ad customizations, as this can only be done using the actual platforms alone. These tools are meant to provide an easier, tailored approach to marketing. You will be able to register a business email if needed by sending us the correct amount needed for Google to register the email that you choose, including other users. The same applies to other paid or premium tools offered by the Wix platform.

15. Affiliate Policy
Once you are accepted into our affiliate program, you will be able to see your eligible percentage of commissions eligible for various products or services. You will be sent a PayPal payment once you reach the threshold of $100, minus the respective PayPal fees. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from competing with our SEO keywords, including bidding on branded terms in paid search campaigns. Misleading or false advertising, including exaggerated claims or deceptive promotions, is not allowed. Affiliates must also refrain from using spam techniques, unauthorized email marketing, or promoting our products on inappropriate or non-compliant websites. Any attempt to misrepresent our brand, manipulate commissions, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the affiliate partnership. If you are found breaching our affiliate program with reasonable doubt, you will be permanently banned from being an affiliate, and we will withhold your payout within reasonable grounds, as we see fit. This may reduce your payout or prevent it altogether.
 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

  • We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

Bing Ads remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Bing Ads Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.” You have the right to opt out of remarketing.
